Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective: 12 September 2026

Submitting a request is free. A charge occurs only if you deliberately continue to the optional secure crypto checkout and complete payment.

1. VIN-specific work

Compatibility checks, files, licences, coding instructions and regional configurations may be selected or prepared for one chassis number (VIN). They normally cannot be resold, transferred to another vehicle or reused after preparation or delivery.

2. Before work begins

For a fixed-price catalog order, the website shows the EUR total before you create the payment invoice. If a service is marked “Price by VIN”, checkout remains unavailable until its fixed price and conditions are shown. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel before payment or before you ask us to begin personalised work.

3. After personalised work or digital delivery begins

We do not offer a discretionary change-of-mind refund once VIN-specific preparation has begun at your express request, or once personalised digital content, an activation or a completed service has been supplied, to the extent permitted by applicable law and after any consent or acknowledgement required by law.

4. If the service is wrong or not supplied

This policy does not remove mandatory consumer remedies. If an agreed service is not supplied, is materially different from the written confirmation, or does not conform because of our error, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include correction, repeat performance, a price reduction or a refund where appropriate.

5. How to request a review

Email info@trafiku.al from the address used for the order. Include the order reference, payment reference and a short description of the issue. Do not email card details, passwords, private keys or wallet seed phrases.

6. Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a mandatory consumer rule conflicts with this policy, the mandatory rule prevails.
