Entering the order details does not charge you. For a fixed-price service, payment begins only after you choose the coin and network and create the secure crypto invoice.

1. About the service

Trafiku Rrugor Albania is an independent vehicle-software service operating from Albania. We provide compatibility checks, remote guidance, software-related services and routes to official manufacturer services. We are not affiliated with the vehicle manufacturers named in the catalog.

2. Requests and quotes

We review the VIN, vehicle details, installed system, market and prerequisites before delivery. For a fixed-price catalog order, deliberately completing the offered checkout records your acceptance of that service and displayed total, subject to VIN compatibility. If a service is marked “Price by VIN”, checkout is unavailable until a fixed price and its conditions are shown and accepted.

3. Prices and payment

Catalog prices may be fixed, starting prices or marked “Price by VIN”. When crypto payment is available, the order total is fixed in EUR on our server and the payment instruction shown on trafiku.al uses the exact cryptocurrency amount, network, destination and QR returned by 2328. A hosted 2328 page may be offered only as a fallback; never send funds to an address received by email or chat.

4. Delivery and customer responsibilities

Delivery may be by email, guided installation, remote session or referral to an authorised service, depending on the vehicle. You must provide accurate vehicle information, maintain a stable power supply and internet connection where requested, and follow the supplied instructions. Do not begin an update while driving.

5. Compatibility

Model year alone does not guarantee compatibility. We may refuse or revise a request if the VIN, hardware, software version, licence or regional configuration does not support a safe route.

6. Cancellation and refunds

Submitting the request alone creates no charge. After payment, VIN-specific files, licences, coding or configuration are prepared for one chassis number and normally cannot be reused. We do not offer discretionary change-of-mind refunds once personalised preparation or digital delivery has begun, to the extent permitted by applicable law. If correct vehicle information shows that we cannot supply the agreed service, or the service is not supplied as agreed, mandatory consumer remedies remain available. 7. Intellectual property and lawful use

You must have the right to request work on the vehicle and use any files or licences supplied. Manufacturer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify compatibility.

8. Contact and complaints

Questions, corrections or complaints can be sent to info@trafiku.al. We will provide the responsible merchant’s full legal details in any written quote before a binding order is accepted.

9. Governing rules

These terms are governed by the mandatory laws applicable to the merchant and consumer. If a mandatory consumer rule conflicts with these terms, the mandatory rule prevails.
